Preach on Brother Williams...
All to often the social debate about 'rights' is a convoluted one at best, blurring the line between INALIENABLE RIGHTS, and the PRIVILEGES many Americans assume are 'rights.'
Williams makes great points about this blurry line. Should we be compassionate and help people with medical care, welfare, unemployment? Sure, but not the point that we become a welfare state. In many instances the pedulum of GOOD INTENTIONS has swung, thus infringing upon the RIGHTS of the majority for the benefit of a minority.
